Introduction
The forms created in this project are replica of the forms used by Ramapo College Admissions office. The forms are used to collect the information about perspective students, campus tour and open house attendees. Although, the live form submissions used by the admissions office are captured and stored in to a Microsoft SQL database, the reporting of the results in awkward and could be improved. The lesions learned in this class will help in reconstruction of the outdated system.
