Columbus Middle School 8th Grade Music Survey web site. On the
next page you will find the survey form. Please take the time
to fill it out as completely and accurately as possible.
Important fields are marked in red and
all fields must be completed. The information gathered from
this survey will be utilized to study the variety of music
appreciated by the diverse population of the 8th grade
students as well as the use and importance music plays in their
daily lives. In addition, the survey will aid in
determining the DJ that will be hired for the Farewell Dance
scheduled for June.
